Takes actual time stamp value and expected time stamp value, checks that actual value is greater or equal to expected value and report failure if actual value is less than expected value.

Note:
Oracle used DBTD_ASSERT_DT_IS_GRTR_OR_EQL name for this assert procedure because it has character limit for object names.

 Arguments

  • v_ActualValue - actual value, Datetime.
  • v_ExpectedValue - expected value, Datetime.
  • v_UserMessage – message to report when assertion fails, Variable Character (255) in Oracle and Netezza, NVARCHAR(MAX) in SQL Server.
