Assert procedure that takes actual and expected FLOAT values, compares them for equality and report failure if they are not equal. 
Value range is from -1.79E+308 to -2.23E-308, 0 and 2.23E-308 to 1.79E+308

Note: If actual or expected, or both values are NULL then assert will fail. 

Arguments

  • V_ActualValue - actual value, FRLOAT(53)
  • V_ExpectedValue - expected value, FLOAT(53)
  • v_UserMessage – message to report when assertion fails, NVARCHAR(MAX)
