Takes actual and expected INT, BIGINT, TINYINT, or SMALLINT value, compares them for equality, and report failure if values are not equal.
Value range is from -2^63 (-9,223,372,036,854,775,808) to 2^63-1 (9,223,372,036,854,775,807)

Note: If actual or expected, or both values are NULL then assert will fail. 

Arguments

  • V_ActualValue - actual value, BIGINT
  • V_ExpectedValue - expected value, BIGINT
  • v_UserMessage – message to report when assertion fails, NVARCHAR(MAX)
